Expect to see your final results 9-12 months after your breast augmentation. Most plastic surgeon offices will take after photos around the 3-month mark, but it's important to remember those are not your final results. Your breasts will continue to "drop and fluff", results to improve, and scars to heal for several months after those photos are taken.
