I love this bra so much I may order a few more to have on rotation. It's very supportive. Initially, I thought maybe I should have sized up, but I tried it on again a week later (I'm still newly implanted) and it's perfectly snug. I have no fears about them bouncing too much while working out, and I don't feel overly exposed in it. I wore a medium pre surgery, and ordered a medium. It's great to feel supported by a company that designed a bra specifically for implants in mind. I LOVE the teal and black, but am also hoping for more color options in the future!
